When new employees join the business, the following documents need to be on file before the employee commences driving.
- Sign the multi-signature Company Policies already on file (or found here)
- Complete online Fatigue Management Driver Training, print the certificate and place it on file. This must be updated every 3 years
- If applicable, complete the online Fatigue Management Driver Training Administrator, print the certificate, and place it on file. This must be updated every 3 years
- Undertake a Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical and make sure a copy of the ‘Fitness to Drive Report’ is on file
- Complete the Dimension & Loading Induction Checklist
- If applicable, complete the AMMS Induction Checklist
- Complete the Training/Education Record
- Submit a copy of their current Driver’s Licence (both sides must be visible)
